Position: ERP Implementation Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai (KoparKhairane )

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to 8.00 LPA

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation and

maintenance of our ERP system across all business processes, including SCM, Production,

Planning, Purchase, Projects, Sales, and Accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with

Head of Departments to ensure seamless integration and drive the ERP implementation

project forward.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. ERP Strategy, Discovery & Selection :- Understand business goals, current challenges, and future growth plans .Map end-to-end business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Inventory & Operations . Identify process gaps, manual work, and compliance requirements. Research ERP solutions, conduct demos/ Proof of Concept, and prepare comparison matrix.

Recommend best-fit ERP considering scalability, cost, and industry suitability

2. Vendor Management & Project Governance :- Evaluate ERP vendors and implementation partners . Finalize scope, timelines, Service Level Agreements, and commercials . Create ERP project roadmap, milestones, and delivery plan . Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and change requests . Ensure governance through regular reviews and reporting

3. Internal Financial Controls (IFC) – ERP Knowledge . Understanding of IFC requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and audit expectations . Ability to embed financial controls within ERP processes . Knowledge of Segregation of Duties, maker–checker, and approval workflows . Experience with role-based access controls and audit trails . Control over master data, journals, postings, and financial reporting . Support IFC testing, audit walkthroughs, and remediation . Focus on automation, compliance, and continuous control improvement

4. ERP Configuration, Data & Integration :- Translate business requirements into ERP system design and configuration . Define chart of accounts, workflows, approval matrices, and user roles . Manage customizations and integrations (CRM, Payroll, BI tools) . Plan and execute data migration, data cleansing, and validation . Ensure data accuracy, security, and access control

5. Testing, Go-Live & Stabilization:- Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and business validation .Coordinate issue tracking, fixes, and sign-offs . Manage cut-over activities and go-live execution . Provide hyper-care support post go-live . Stabilize system and transition to support teams

6. Change Management, Training & Optimization :- Assess change impact and manage user readiness . Create SOPs, user manuals, and training materials . Conduct role-based training and adoption sessions . Drive ERP adoption and continuous improvement . Identify optimization opportunities and phase-2 enhancements

Success Metrics:- . On-time ERP go-live . High user adoption . Internal Financial Controls (IFC) audits . Accurate data migration . Reduction in manual processes . Business value & ROI realization
