We are expanding our Luxury Travel Division and seeking a high-performing Luxury Holiday Specialist with proven expertise in selling customized international itineraries.

Role Overview

This is not a standard travel sales role.

We are looking for a consultative luxury travel advisor who can design and sell tailor-made, high-value international experiences ranging from ₹8 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs per booking.

The candidate must demonstrate:

- Strong understanding of luxury travel products - Ability to curate bespoke itineraries - High-ticket conversion capability - Relationship-driven selling approach

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales of luxury international FIT packages - Design bespoke itineraries for premium destinations such as: - Switzerland, France, Italy (Luxury Europe) - USA self-drive & premium experiences - African safaris - Maldives luxury resorts - Scandinavian Northern Lights tours - Australia & New Zealand premium travel - Manage HNI and elite clientele with personalized consultation - Upsell luxury experiences: private transfers, yacht charters, business class flights, curated experiences, Michelin dining, exclusive excursions - Achieve monthly billing targets of ₹35–60 Lakhs - Maintain strong DMC & supplier relationships - Ensure seamless coordination with operations for white-glove delivery - Drive repeat and referral business

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years in International Luxury Travel Sales - Strong knowledge of premium properties, experiences & global visa processes - Excellent presentation and itinerary-building skills - Ability to handle clients with high expectations - Strong negotiation and closing ability - Experience handling high-value bookings (₹3L+ per file preferred) - CRM discipline and structured follow-up process
