Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare / Review / carry-out structural analysis, calculations and procedures for various Dover precision products. Deployment of static and dynamic structural analysis, fatigue life predictions, vibration and noise predictions, mechanism simulations. Ability to translate real world physics into a virtual prototype for designs to improve functionality from a structural analysis point of view Establish analysis approach, best practices and methods for conducting different types of structural analysis Focus on meeting individual goals aligned with department and organizational

Must Have Skills: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience Experience in creating good quality meshes for complex products for carrying out structural & CFD analysis. Experience in using Space Claim, Ansys Structural & CFD analysis tools Strong fundamentals in the strength of materials, vibrations, the theory of machines and numerical methods
