Mendix Technical Lead

Role - Mendix Technical Lead Experience range: 8-12 years Location: Offshore/Chennai / PAN India

Required Technical Skill Set: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, web services, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team. Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, leveraging your expertise in Mendix associated technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Mendix development best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability. Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver integrated solutions. Requirements/Qualifications: Hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with experience of delivering successful projects. Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction. Must be conversant to write Solution Design and Detailed design documents from scratch for complex business requirements individually. Should possess knowledge of performing detailed effort estimation of a new project. Good verbal and written Communication skills.
