Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Swim Coach located in Pune. The Assistant Swim Coach will be responsible for providing swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering swimming lessons, ensuring the safety of all participants during sessions, conducting group or individual training, and maintaining a positive and encouraging learning environment. The role also includes assisting with the organization and supervision of aquatic programs and events.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons - Strong skills and experience in Swimming and Aquatics - Certified Lifeguarding qualifications - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students of all age groups - Ability to motivate and inspire confidence in participants - First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous - Previous experience in coaching or a sports training environment is desirable
