Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing mandates across technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Sourcing:

Utilize job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to source relevant candidates. Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and provide regular status updates. Screening:

Conduct initial phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidate fitment (technical and cultural). Offer Management:

Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth post-offer engagement to minimize drop-outs. Data Management:

Maintain accurate candidate data and trackers in our ATS (Ceipal).

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (Agency experience preferred). Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity with hiring for BFSI or Technology roles is a strong plus. Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Tools:

Hands-on experience with Job Portals and LinkedIn Recruiter. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
