Position Overview IIHM is seeking a

dynamic, result-oriented Centre Head

to lead and manage campus operations, academic delivery, student engagement, and business growth. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for education and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Provide

overall leadership and strategic direction

to the campus Ensure

academic excellence

and effective implementation of curriculum Drive

student admissions, marketing initiatives, and brand visibility Manage

faculty recruitment, performance, and development Oversee

administration, finance, compliance, and infrastructure Build and maintain

industry partnerships

for internships and placements Foster a

positive campus culture

focused on student success Ensure adherence to

institutional policies and quality standards

Desired Profile Postgraduate degree in

Hotel Management / Hospitality / Management / Education Minimum

5–12 years of experience , with at least

3–5 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of

academic administration and admissions processes Proven ability in

team leadership, revenue generation, and operational management Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Exposure to hospitality education or service industry preferred
