Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Pega Lead Decisioning Architect
to lead the design and implementation of advanced decisioning solutions using
Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) . The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in real-time decisioning, next-best-action (NBA) strategies, adaptive models, and enterprise-scale Pega architecture. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, data science teams, and technical delivery teams to create intelligent, customer-centric decisioning frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of
Pega CDH/Decisioning
solutions.
Define and own
Next-Best-Action (NBA)
strategies across inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable decisioning components.
Architect and configure
Strategies, Engagement Policies, Treatments, and Predictive/Adaptive Models .
Integrate Pega CDH with enterprise systems, channels, and data sources.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of decisioning engines.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for Pega decisioning implementations.
Conduct design and code reviews; ensure compliance with development standards.
Lead root-cause analysis and issue resolution across environments.
Mentor junior team members and guide development teams in Pega best practices.
Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, refinement, and technical estimations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of Pega Decisioning experience
and
8+ years
of overall Pega expertise.
Strong understanding of
Pega Customer Decision Hub , real-time containers, and NBA framework.
Hands-on experience with
Pega Strategies, Arbitration, Treatments, and Proposition Management .
Knowledge of
Predictive Analytics , adaptive models, and propensity scoring.
Experience integrating Pega CDH with channels such as web, mobile, call center, and marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of
data flows, data sets, data management, and real-time event processing .
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong experience in
Pega architecture design , performance tuning, and reusable component creation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
