Job Overview We are looking for a

Workday Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

with strong hands-on configuration experience to support and enhance our Workday HCM platform. This role will act as a

bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Configure, support, and optimize

Workday HCM modules

including

Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking Gather, analyze, and translate

business requirements

into effective Workday solutions Design, configure, and test

business processes, security roles, and data validations Provide functional support for

Workday integrations

(EIB, Core Connectors; Studio – coordination level) Develop and maintain

Workday reports and dashboards

(Advanced, Matrix, Composite) Perform

unit testing, regression testing, and UAT ; support Workday releases Troubleshoot

production and post-production issues

and ensure timely resolution Support

data loads, audits, and compliance requirements Collaborate with

HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors Maintain

configuration workbooks, SOPs, and functional documentation

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in

Workday HCM configuration Expertise in

Core HCM, BPF, and Workday Security Solid understanding of

HR business processes Experience with

Workday reporting Basic understanding of

Workday integrations and data flows Strong

analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have Workday HCM certification(s) Experience with

Workday releases and feature adoption Exposure to

Payroll, Benefits, or Talent modules Experience in

multi-country or large-scale Workday environments
