Responsibilities
Presales & Solution Design.
Lead technical discovery workshops: map customer pain points, system architecture, and integration needs. Design solution blueprints that cover devices, connectivity, cloud, APIs, and ecosystem partner components. Prepare and deliver proofs of concept (PoCs): test integrations, connectivity, device management, or location services. Build and run demos (both pre-built assets and customer-specific mockups). Support sales in producing technical sections of RFPs, proposals, and SoWs. Ensure solution design is scalable, secure, and aligned with Acceleronixโs portfolio.
Delivery Oversight & Advanced Support (L2).
Oversee delivery alignment: verify that solution blueprints match implementation. Act as L1 / L2 support: troubleshoot connectivity, integration or architecture-level issues. Participate in debugging sessions with customers or internal teams. Create and maintain support playbooks for recurring issues (connectivity drops, API authentication, device onboarding). Provide feedback to engineering when systemic issues or gaps are discovered.
Voice of Customer & Product Feedback Loop.
Collect and structure feedback from customers during presales and delivery (feature gaps, UX pain points, roadmap needs). Translate feedback into clear recommendations for Product Management. Identify ecosystem partner gaps (e.g., CMP, cloud service, analytics vendor) and define scope for Business Development to fill. Track how customer success metrics (adoption, uptime, ROI) align with product performance. Act as customer advocate in roadmap discussions.
Ecosystem & Knowledge Management.
Maintain working knowledge of ecosystem (CMPs, ISVs, cloud partners, vertical solution vendors). Update and share solution templates that include ecosystem components. Document lessons learned from PoCs, support cases, and deliveries into internal knowledge bases. Collaborate with peers to standardize reference architectures.
Requirements:
Higher education diploma or degree in a relevant technical field.
Strong technical background in
IoT solutions ,
embedded cellular stack ,
eSIM , and
eSIM management platforms .
Proven experience in
Technical Presales & h ands-on expertise in
IoT Solution Architecture , covering device connectivity, platforms, and end-to-end integration.
Experience providing
Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) technical support
through direct structured
ticketing systems .
Willingness to travel regularly as required.
