ROLE PURPOSE Assist in the management of the digital face of โ€˜Gladfulโ€™ by executing and managing the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES โ—

Assists in crafting digital marketing strategies to ensure all social media activities align with Gladfulโ€™s overarching strategic objectives and brand goals. โ—

Manages the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, adapting content formats to suit each platformโ€™s specific audience. โ—

Develops high-impact social media content by staying ahead of the latest trends, viral moments, and market best practices. โ—

Generates, edits, publishes, and shares engaging content, including text, photos, graphics, and video/reels across all digital platforms. โ—

Implements community engagement campaigns to foster loyalty among existing customers and followers while consistently elevating the customer experience. โ—

Communicates directly with followers, ensuring prompt responses to queries and active monitoring of customer reviews and mentions. โ—

Curates and manages a pipeline of influencers, coordinating with them to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brandโ€™s monthly themes. โ—

Liaises with performance marketing agencies and creative vendors to ensure the seamless execution of integrated social media campaigns. โ—

Creates and maintains dashboards that provide regular performance insights, actionable recommendations, and new growth opportunities. โ—

Collaborates with industry professionals and key opinion leaders via social media to build brand salience and drive organic traction โ—

Performs any other duties as requested by the reporting manager to support the brandโ€™s growth.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications โ—

A graduation with a relevant degree is mandatory (MBA preferred) โ—

1-2 years of work experience in managing social media for a D2C, FMCG, or Lifestyle brand โ—

Hands-on experience in Content Management โ—

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/VN, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred โ—

Out of the Box Thinker โ—

Excellent Communication Skills โ—

Analytical and Multitasking Skills โ—

Problem-Solving Attitude โ—

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office โ—
