What You'll Do Backend Development & Architecture Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using

Python Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems Create and maintain microservices architecture for distributed applications Implement clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions Database & Integration Design and optimize data models for

SQL

(PostgreSQL, MySQL) and

NoSQL

(MongoDB, Redis) databases Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and frontend applications Implement efficient data pipelines and asynchronous processing Optimize query performance and database operations Security & Performance Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards Monitor system performance and implement improvements Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Write comprehensive technical documentation Mentor junior developers on best practices

Required Expertise 4+ years

of hands-on experience in

Python backend development Strong expertise in Python frameworks: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI Solid understanding of

REST API design

and backend architecture Experience with

relational databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL Knowledge of

ORMs : Django ORM, SQLAlchemy Understanding of Linux environments and basic shell scripting Proficiency in

Git

and version control workflows Experience writing

unit tests and integration tests

Preferred Skills Experience with

NoSQL databases : MongoDB, Redis Knowledge of

asynchronous programming : async/await, Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka Experience with

cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines : Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions Exposure to

microservices architecture System design and scalability concepts Performance tuning and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
