About the Role
We are hiring a
Performance Marketing Associate with deep expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
to own and scale performance marketing initiatives across Amazonโs advertising ecosystem.
This role requires
strong hands-on experience across Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads , with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-driven, and comfortable operating at scale in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment. Experience beyond Amazon (Google / Meta) is a plus, but
AMS is the core focus of this role .
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Ads Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end campaign planning, setup, and execution across
Amazon DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Build and scale advanced targeting strategies including:
Keyword research & harvesting
Product & category targeting
Audience remarketing & custom audience creation
Drive full-funnel acquisition, retargeting, and retention strategies.
Performance Optimization & Growth
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns against key metrics such as
ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR
Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, bidding models, placements, and audience strategies
Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency and profitability at high spends
Proactively troubleshoot performance dips and recommend corrective actions
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Build detailed performance reports using
advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Use
SQL
to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets for deeper performance insights
Translate data into actionable recommendations for business and category teams
Present clear performance narratives, insights, and growth levers to stakeholders and leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with category, business, and creative teams to align on campaign objectives and messaging
Provide inputs on creatives, ad formats, and landing experiences to improve conversion
Communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities in a structured and timely manner
Basic Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree from a
Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
5+ years of performance marketing experience
with
strong hands-on ownership of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
Proven experience managing
Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads at scale
Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven optimization experience
Advanced proficiency in
Excel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Working knowledge of
SQL
for advanced reporting and analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, high-ownership environment
