Responsibilities

Supervise all civil construction activities . Ensure work is executed as per drawing specifications and quality standards Coordinate with structural consultants, architects,MEP engineers and vendors. Monitor daily site progress and report regularly to the project manager Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation and quality checklists Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. Verify contractor bills, work measurements and material consumption. Assist in material planning, indenting and maintaining stock levels at the site.

Qualifications B-tech/M-tech in civil engineering with minimum 15 years of experience

Required Skills

Good knowledge of construction techniques, project management and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural details Strong knowledge of concreting ,steel reinforcement, formwork and finishing work Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Experience in high rise or large scale township projects.
