SeniorHR Manager, Plant Head & Director Job Description Education - Qualified CMA with 2.5 yrs / Semi Qualified with 8 to 10 yrs CMA CTC - 10 - 11 LPA Working SAP must Prepare and maintain Product cost sheets for fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, washers etc) Analyze - material, labour, over head costs Conduct - Standard costing, actual costing and variance analysis Monitor - BOM accuracy, routing and process costs Budgeting & controls Assist in Budget preparation, forecasting and cost control Inventory & Production Accounting
