Key Responsibilities:
Drive the full sales lifecycle for Corporate Matching and the "Leaders for Change" programme, from cold prospecting to final contract closing.
Actively acquire new corporate partners through aggressive lead generation, networking, and high-volume outreach.
Conduct regular on-site client visits to deliver persuasive pitches to HR directors, CSR heads, and C-suite executives.
Present and negotiate multi-year workplace giving commitments and corporate matching agreements.
Oversee and optimize high-value partnerships with global giving platforms like Benevity to maximize revenue.
Design and sell bespoke virtual and in-person volunteering activities as strategic entry points for corporate funding.
Manage high-level donor stewardship and account management to upsell existing partners into larger giving tiers.
Lead a team of 1–2 members to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Own the business development pipeline, utilizing data-driven dashboards to track sales velocity and conversion metrics.
Leverage 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development to navigate complex corporate procurement cycles.
