Role Overview:
i) We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Graphic Designer with 2–4 years
of experience in poster design, video editing, and motion graphics.
ii) The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills and be capable of delivering high-
quality marketing creatives across digital and offline platforms.
iii) This role requires a modern designer who leverages AI-powered tools to improve speed, efficiency,
and creative quality while maintaining brand consistency and originality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Branding
a) Design posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals
b) Create digital ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website campaigns
c) Ensure consistent brand identity across all creative assets
d) Deliver high-quality visuals aligned with marketing and product strategies
2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
a) Create promotional videos, product explainers, and ad creatives
b) Develop motion graphics, reels, and short-form marketing videos
c) Add transitions, subtitles, sound sync, and animations for engagement
d) Optimize video creatives for performance marketing campaigns
3. AI-Driven Creative Execution (Highly Preferred)
We strongly prefer candidates who actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output
quality.
i) AI Design & Image Generation
a) Experience with Midjourney / DALL·E for concept ideation
b) Adobe Firefly (Generative AI tools
c) Canva AI tools (Magic Resize, Smart Design, Background Remover)
ii)AI Video & Motion Tools
a) Runway ML for AI-assisted video editing
b) AI subtitle & caption generators
c) AI voiceover tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or equivalent)
d) Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects AI features
iii)AI Productivity & Automation
a) ChatGPT for creative copy, captions, and ad hooks
b) AI-based image enhancement and upscaling tools
c) Workflow automation to reduce turnaround time
Required Skills & Qualifications
a) 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Motion Graphics
b) Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Canva
c) Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
d) Experience creating performance marketing creatives
e) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
f) Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Industry Experience
i) Experience in SaaS, fintech, retail, hospitality, or F&B industry
ii) Understanding of digital advertising creatives
iii) Knowledge of UI/UX principles
