We are looking for a
Workfront Subject Matter Expert (SME)
with strong functional expertise in
Adobe Workfront
and
hands-on experience in Workfront Fusion
to monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance campaign workflow automation. This role focuses on
workflow optimization and end-user support , with
light Fusion development
(not a heavy integration role).
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor automated campaign workflows to ensure forms, approvals, and routing logic function correctly
Identify and resolve issues across submissions, approvals, and workflow stages
Fix functional issues within Workfront and ensure stability of existing workflows
Workflow Optimization (Workfront Fusion)
Enhance and evolve campaign workflows using Workfront Fusion
Translate business and campaign manager requests into workflow logic changes
Develop small-to-medium Fusion workflows to improve automation
Ensure enhancements follow governance and best practices
End-User Support & Enablement
Act as the primary SME for workflow-related queries from campaign managers and internal teams
Provide user guidance, training, and documentation
Support onboarding for new or updated workflows
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
Adobe Workfront
(custom forms, approvals, workflow configuration)
Hands-on working knowledge of
Workfront Fusion
(workflow enhancement and automation)
Experience in
monitoring and troubleshooting campaign workflows
Ability to translate business requirements into Workfront workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
6+ years of overall experience
(4–8 years relevant Workfront experience)
