At Tailorworks Company, we’re building more than a fashion brand we’re creating scalable systems that power bespoke design, production, payments, and analytics.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Developer who wants real ownership and the opportunity to build core systems from the ground up.

Role Overview

Experience: 3–5 years

Work closely with our product designer & business teams

Own features end-to-end from idea to deployment

What You’ll Work On

Website (WordPress + custom development)

Payment & order flows

Analytics & reporting systems

Maintaining, improving, and re-architecting systems as we scale

Tech Stack

Frontend: WordPress, HTML/CSS, React

Backend: PHP, Laravel

Database: MySQL

Hosting / Infra: Cloudflare

Who We’re Looking For

Strong all-rounder developer with a builder mindset

Comfortable with ambiguous requirements & iterative builds

High ownership, clean code, clear communication

Experience with live, production systems
