Senior Landscape Designer

Requirement:

- Bachelor in Landscape Architecture or Architecture - 6 years+ experience in Landscape Design is a must - Good command of written and spoken English - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp etc. - Able to communicate design ideas verbally, visually and graphically - Great team player and flexible work attitude, and work independently - Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage landscape projects independently from schematic design to construction stage; - Work closely with the Project Director and Designers to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects; - Draw and review to ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at different stages; - Responsible for client liaison and communications; - Take Design initiatives and mentor young designers in the project team.
