UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a hybrid designer who blends systems thinking, sharp UX instincts, and strong visual craft, someone who can move seamlessly from problem-solving to pixel-perfect execution.

What You’ll Do

- Lead with Research: Know when to investigate and when to move. Use research, insights, and data to shape decisions and elevate the user experience. - Turn Problems into Products: Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable design solutions that balance usability, feasibility, and delight. - Wireframe & Prototype with Purpose: Create clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes at speed- communicating ideas with precision and intent. - Test, Learn, Iterate: Validate concepts through usability testing and prototyping, ensuring each iteration moves the product meaningfully forward. - Craft Beautiful Interfaces: Design visually rich, pixel-perfect screens with mastery of grids, typography, spacing, and visual harmony. - Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop cohesive visual systems, reusable UI libraries, and scalable components that drive consistency across touchpoints. - Design for Interaction: Bring interfaces to life with micro-interactions, motion cues, and thoughtful transitions that enhance usability and emotional connection. - Tell the Story: Create narrative-led designs where clarity, emotion, and intention guide every screen and decision. - Design Across Breakpoints: Deliver responsive, cross-platform interfaces that adapt elegantly to multiple form factors. - Collaborate Deeply: Partner with UX, content, product, technology, and leadership teams to bring ideas from concept to launch. - Work Smart with Tools: Be fluent in Figma, FigJam and leverage AI tools to accelerate thinking and execution.

Qualifications -

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study - 2+ years' of experience in design
