Job Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can lead client relationships and drive strategic brand communication for pharma, hospital, and healthcare brands. The role requires strong understanding of mainline advertising, brand strategy, and the ability to translate client briefs into impactful creative outputs by closely collaborating with internal creative and design teams.
Responsibilities:
Understand client business objectives, brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and communication needs
Lead development of brand strategies, campaign approaches, and annual communication plans
Create and present client-facing decks, including brand strategy, campaign ideas, and communication frameworks
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and creative teams
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to ensure strategic alignment and quality output
Manage mainline marketing deliverables including print ads, brochures, brand collaterals, OOH, internal communication, and launch campaigns
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Coordinate feedback between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth revisions and approvals
Maintain strong understanding of healthcare regulations, brand tonality, and ethical communication standards
Build long-term client relationships through proactive servicing and strategic thinking
Qualifications/Skills:
โข 4-6 years of work experience in a mainline agency [not a media, event, digital agency]
โข Non-digital work experience is a must
โข Brand Strategy, Planning and management
โข Client Management, Servicing and account management [not accountancy]
โข Creative conceptualisation and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding
โข Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines
โข Meticulous eye for detail
โข Proficiency in MS O๏ฌce tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โข Team Playing and Operations
Strong understanding of
mainline advertising and brand strategy
Ability to think creatively while maintaining strategic and regulatory sensitivity (especially for pharma/healthcare)
Excellent presentation and deck-making skills (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides)
Clear understanding of creative processes and how to extract the best output from design teams
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
