TradesMate is building an AI-powered mobile app for one-person home service businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, cleaners, and more. Our mission is to help service pros handle calls, book jobs, manage schedules, and get paid — all in one place.

We’re looking for a

founding CTO

to lead the technology strategy, build the first version of our Flutter app, integrate AI voice, CRM, and automation features, establish strong engineering best practices, and shape the product roadmap closely with the founders.

The ideal candidate has

5+ years of experience

in full-stack or mobile development, and an ownership mindset. Familiarity with AI, voice systems, or automation workflows is a big plus. You should be comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environments and excited to build from zero to one.

On the founding side, the team already includes

one founder from IIT Bombay driving product and GTM , and

one US-based founder focused on sales, partnerships . This role completes the core founding triangle and gives you real influence over both technology and product direction.

This is an

equity-first, co-founder–level role
