WeFi International AG Relationship Manager - Job Description Location – India Full time

Employer: WeFi International AG is a subsidiary of WeFi Technology Group USA – a leading fintech in channel finance. Our market leading proprietary platform and services connect and support global and regional technology companies with their clients and funding partners in over 41 countries. Our office in Zug manages all business in EMEA and APJ including origination, structuring, execution and transactions management. Our team members in the USA, EMEA and APJ have decades of experience in the channel finance, IT and banking industries.

Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager at WeFi International AG, you will drive the implementation and ongoing program management of WeFi’s innovative channel finance solutions for our APJ clients. You will work with the broader team including Capital Markets, Legal, Treasury, Finance and IT in the development of the particular client program and its day-to-day operations. Being a team player is key, who enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth Actively participate and often lead the communication with portfolio resellers, vendors and funders for new and existing programs Contribute to the evaluation and execution of new transactions within the portfolio Implement and oversee a robust operational process for all program aspects – fundings, repayments, disputes, late payments, credit limit increases, etc Take ownership of compliance and credit reviews (trendcards) for program portfolios, assessing financial performance, leverage, risk factors, repayment sources, cash flows, management, and risk ratings. Remain current on policy, procedures, and compliance guidelines and incorporate them in the daily work of your team and your role Complete periodic professional development training as scheduled.

Required Qualifications: University degree in economics, finance or other relevant fields Strong understanding of financial products, fintech trends, and supply chain finance solutions Minimum 1 year of credit analysis and underwriting experience. At least 3 years of program management experience (project KPIs, milestones, cross-functional teams). Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and operational excellence in a high paste environment Languages (fluency in English is a must, any other languages are a nice to have but not mandatory for the role) Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
