Program Manager (SAP Public Cloud)

Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end Grow with SAP (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) implementation programs from initiation to go-live and hypercare.

Manage program scope, timelines, budget, resources, and quality across multiple workstreams.

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, best practices, and SAP cloud standards.

Drive milestone planning, sprint reviews, and phase-wise deliverables.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, SAP, implementation partners, and internal leadership.

Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Team & Vendor Management

Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, integration teams, and business SMEs.

Coordinate with SAP, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

Monitor team performance, utilization, and delivery KPIs.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

Manage program financials including budget tracking, billing, forecasting, and profitability.

Support contract management, scope control, and commercial negotiations where required.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with SAP cloud standards, security, and data privacy requirements.

Drive testing strategy (Unit, Integration, UAT) and cutover planning.

Ensure smooth go-live, stabilization, and handover to support teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5–7 years of overall experience in SAP project / program management.

Minimum 2 end-to-end Grow with SAP / SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations as Program Manager or Project Manager.

Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Hands-on exposure to SAP Public Cloud modules such as:

Finance (FI)

Sourcing & Procurement

Sales & Distribution

Supply Chain / Manufacturing (depending on project)

Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and large teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in program management - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
