Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service & Account Specialist. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support client accounts. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, resolving issues, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
