Key Responsibilities: Implement and integrate

MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test)

architecture for complex SoCs Work on DFT activities including Scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Validation teams for seamless DFT implementation Perform fault simulations, debugging, and silicon bring-up support Generate and analyze test patterns using industry-standard tools Support post-silicon validation and yield improvement activities

Required Skills: Strong expertise in

MBIST architecture and implementation Experience in Scan, ATPG, JTAG, Boundary Scan Hands-on experience with tools like: Tessent

(MBIST / Scan / ATPG) Synopsys DFT Compiler Modus DFT Good understanding of memory repair concepts (BIRA/BISR) Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog Experience in SoC-level DFT integration Familiarity with timing closure and physical constraints for DFT

⭐ Good to Have: Experience in automotive/advanced node designs Knowledge of IEEE 1500 / 1687 standards Experience in low-power DFT techniques Silicon debug experience
