As our Newsdesk Editor you’ll be expected to:-

We are looking for a Digital News Editor for ETtech.Com, The Economic Times' technology and startup news site. ETtech, is a cross-media platform, which combines our print expertise with digital storytelling skills, powered by the ET reporters. Manage the overall website content, edit stories for clarity and quality, and write headlines. In breaking news situations, you must be quick to push out real-time updates and stories on the fly. Rewrite stories with a focus on digital audiences. Work with reporters to better present their stories online and on other social media platforms. Besides working with the ET editorial team, you will need to sync up with our product and graphics teams to improve our storytelling. Work with the SEO team to amplify the impact of our stories. Be able to work on social media slides, especially in breaking news situations. Have knowledge of tools like Canva for social media.
