Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance client satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive client retention. Key tasks will include analyzing customer data, managing CRM projects, segmenting markets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring effective communication channels. The CRM Manager will focus on optimizing systems to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends
Proficiency in Communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in Sales and understanding Market Segmentation strategies
Project Management skills for successfully overseeing CRM-related initiatives
Familiarity with CRM software platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or similar systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in legal services or professional service firms is a plus
