- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology - Develop engaging and contemporary curriculum aligned with NEP guidelines - Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals - Guide student research projects, dissertations, and internships - Contribute to academic administration, accreditation processes, and institutional development

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized university (as per UGC norms) - Demonstrated teaching effectiveness - Strong research profile with publications in indexed journals - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Commitment to interdisciplinary learning and holistic education
