Flutter Developer

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to build and maintain high- quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the entire app lifecycle, including development, testing, and store deployments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in mobile application development Strong proficiency in Flutter (Dart) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter Manage end-to-end app releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams Fix bugs, improve application performance, and implement enhancements Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control workflows Technical Skills Must Have: Strong experience with Flutter & Dart, Firebase - storage, db, push notifications Hands-on experience publishing apps to Android & iOS stores Experience with Firebase or similar services Good understanding of mobile app lifecycle, store guidelines, and release processes Good to Have: Working knowledge of JavaScript Experience with Node.js and REST APIs Familiarity with backend integration and API consumption Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps Soft Skills Good problem-solving skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and take ownership Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
