We are now looking for an

AI / Prompt Engineer Intern

to architect and build high-performance AI agents, including evolving

Ziva (our AI interviewer)

and designing new autonomous agent workflows for our upcoming product.

This is not just a “prompt tweaking” role. You will design agent intelligence.

What You’ll Build

Architect and build structured prompt systems powering Ziva’s reasoning and adaptive interviewing Design multi-step AI agents for our next-generation product Develop dynamic probing logic, contextual memory flows, and structured evaluation outputs Build guardrails, decision trees, and reasoning frameworks within LLM environments Design structured output schemas (JSON/function-calling based workflows) Run experiments to improve accuracy, depth, and consistency of AI reasoning Collaborate directly with the founder to ship production-grade AI systems

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of LLM behavior, reasoning patterns, and prompt architecture Experience building LLM-based applications, agents, or automation workflows Ability to think in structured logic, edge cases, and system design Comfortable experimenting with model parameters and structured outputs Strong problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity Background in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field (students welcome)

Bonus Points

Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, custom agent stacks) Experience designing evaluation metrics for LLM outputs Experience in early-stage startup environments Built something using GPT/Claude APIs end-to-end
