About the Role
We are hiring a Recruitment Leader to lead our technology hiring business in Hyderabad. This is a senior role that will manage client delivery, grow business, and lead a team of recruiters.
The role is office-based and requires regular client meetings. We need someone with a strong record of delivering resumes on time and closing positions consistently.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Client & Business Management
Meet clients regularly to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Manage delivery for all assigned accounts and ensure targets are met.
Build long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Find new clients and grow existing accounts (hunting and mining).
Recruitment Delivery
Ensure timely and quality resume delivery for all open positions.
Drive team to meet hiring timelines and SLAs.
Handle senior and critical tech roles personally when required.
Ensure strong offer-to-join conversions and closure rates.
Team Leadership
Lead a team of recruiters working from office and home.
Set clear targets and track recruiter performance daily.
Coach and train recruiters on sourcing, screening, and closing.
Motivate the team to achieve delivery and revenue targets.
Process & Reporting
Track hiring progress and share weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain accurate data in ATS and hiring trackers.
Improve hiring processes to increase speed and quality.

Required Experience & Skills
8+ years in domestic tech recruitment (India).
Proven record of delivering high-volume and niche tech roles.
Strong experience managing recruitment teams (hybrid teams).
Experience in client meetings and stakeholder management.
Experience in business development (hunting and mining clients).
Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills.
