Technical Lead (Salesforce + Conga)

InspiroWorks is a Salesforce Crest Partner, working with clients across India, USA, Middle East, Australia and other global markets. We specialize in enterprise Salesforce implementations, CPQ transformations, and scalable architecture solutions. We are now looking for a Technical Lead with deep Salesforce and Conga expertise to join our growing team.

Role: Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore (In-office) (Open to candidates from Kolkata willing to relocate to Bangalore) Experience: 10+ Years

Core Technology Expertise Required:

Salesforce Development & Technical Leadership

Strong hands-on expertise in Apex (synchronous & asynchronous), Batch Apex, and robust trigger frameworks Experience building and maintaining solutions using Visualforce (VF) where required (especially in CPQ-heavy environments) Advanced implementation experience with Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows) Strong hands-on experience with REST-based integrations, including external system orchestration, error handling, and scalable API design Experience designing for performance optimization, governor limits, and enterprise data models Ability to guide development best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable solution design

Conga / Apttus CPQ & CLM

Lead end-to-end implementation of Quote-to-Cash solutions Strong hands-on implementation experience in: Conga CPQ Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Expertise in designing and implementing: Complex Product & Price Configurations Advanced Product Rules & Price Rules Price Discount Models Turbo Pricing Hands-on development and troubleshooting experience with: Price Callback Classes Validation Callback Classes Product & Option Filter Callback Classes Experience configuring and managing Conga Approval Processes (non-Salesforce approval framework) Strong exposure to Conga APIs and custom integrations Experience implementing scalable CPQ solutions for complex pricing models and high-volume quoting environments
