Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant at Wahni IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored ERP solutions.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our consulting team to align client requirements with customized ERP solutions, contributing to sales growth and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote our ERP solutions and services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services. Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and close business opportunities.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or equivalent preferred). Experience:

1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel frequently. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
