IT Recruiter

to join our Chennai team.

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified

Travel Nurses and healthcare professionals

for U.S. clients. Coordinate with the U.S. team to understand client requirements, pay packages, and compliance needs. Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate experience, and ensure credential verification. Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to placement and onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement. Stay updated on nursing specialties, healthcare compliance, and U.S. visa/work authorization processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2–5 years of experience

in U.S. healthcare or IT recruitment (Travel Nurse experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks. Willingness to work in

U.S. shift (night shift)

from the Chennai office.
