What You’ll Do - Lead and scale

cross-functional engineering teams - Define

architecture and technical roadmap - Build

scalable microservices platforms on AWS - Drive

DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices - Collaborate with

product and business teams

Ideal Background ✔ 12+ years in software engineering ✔ 5–8+ years in engineering leadership ✔ Strong experience with

cloud-native distributed systems ✔ Hands-on experience with

Python and backend platforms
