Finance Analyst

who thrives in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments and is excited to help scale a global Ad-Tech product company. Job Description As Finance Analyst, you will be a core driver of financial strategy, product economics, and revenue growth. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that fuel international expansion, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability across our platform portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP). Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes. Follow up on the payments with clients and ensure timely collections. Liaising with cross functional teams for invoicing, reconciliations, etc Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to meet financial obligations and implement cash optimization strategies. Responsible for Payroll Management of the Company including compliances under Income Tax Act, PT Act, EPF Act etc. Generate & present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to the management & leadership. Support pricing strategy, tier design, promotional modeling, upsell/cross-sell economics, and new product launch financials Design and maintain executive KPI dashboards covering revenue growth, churn, retention, margins, ROI, and other critical product & business metrics

Pre-requisites A Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce/Accounting Minimum 2 years of proven work experience is required. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism. Strategic and Process oriented thinking Inclination towards questioning and improving existing processes and ensuring long-term standardization Previous work experience in Technology based startups, digital media companies will be given preference.
