We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong hands-on experience in immigration filings to support our global mobility and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities Handle

end-to-end immigration filings

for US and other geographies (H1B, L1, B1/B2, extensions, amendments, PERM coordination, etc.). Prepare and review

visa petitions, RFEs, documentation, and compliance records . Coordinate with

external immigration attorneys/vendors

and internal stakeholders (HR, TAG, Delivery, Finance). Support

employee onboarding/offboarding

from an immigration and compliance standpoint. Maintain accurate

immigration trackers, case status reports, and documentation . Ensure adherence to

immigration laws, timelines, and internal compliance standards . Assist with

audits, policy updates, and process improvements

related to global mobility. Provide guidance to employees on

visa processes, documentation, and timelines .

Required Skills & Qualifications LLB (Bachelor of Laws)

from a recognized university. Hands-on experience in immigration filing

(preferably US immigration – H1B, L1, RFEs, extensions). Strong knowledge of

immigration processes, documentation, and compliance . Experience working with

US immigration vendors/attorneys

(e.g., Fragomen, BAL, etc.) is a plus. Excellent

documentation, communication, and stakeholder management

skills. Ability to work in

US shift coordination

and manage multiple cases in parallel. Prior experience in

IT services / consulting organizations

preferred.
