SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant

with strong expertise in

at least two SuccessFactors modules

. The candidate will be responsible for leading implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SuccessFactors projects. Key Responsibilities Lead

end-to-end implementation and support

of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to

gather, analyze, and document business requirements

. Configure and implement

at least two SuccessFactors modules

based on business needs. Conduct

workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations

with clients. Manage

data migration, system testing, and deployment activities

. Provide

post-implementation support and troubleshooting

. Ensure

system optimization, best practices, and compliance

. Guide and mentor

junior consultants and team members

. Required Skills 8+ years of SAP experience

with strong hands-on expertise in

SAP SuccessFactors

. Strong experience in

any 2 SuccessFactors modules

, such as: Employee Central Recruiting & Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation Learning Management System (LMS) Succession & Development Experience in

system configuration, business rules, and workflows

. Knowledge of

Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

and

data migration

. Experience with

SAP SuccessFactors integrations

with SAP or third-party systems. Strong

communication and client-facing skills

. Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors certification

in relevant modules. Experience in

multiple full lifecycle implementations

. Education Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
