We are looking for a dynamic Test Lead who can: Lead Manual Testing projects in General Insurance Handle core modules like Policy Admin, Claims, Underwriting & Endorsements Manage SIT, UAT & Regression cycles independently Drive defect management & stakeholder communication Mentor a team of testers & ensure QA governance Collaborate closely with Business, Dev & Product teams

Role: Test Lead – Manual Testing Domain: General Insurance Location: Mumbai Experience: 7–12 Years Must Have: Strong General Insurance project experience

✨ Ideal Candidate Profile: ✔ Strong understanding of Insurance lifecycle (Quote → Policy → Claims) ✔ Experience in core systems like Guidewire / Duck Creek / TCS BaNCS / In-house PAS ✔ Excellent client-facing & stakeholder communication ✔ Hands-on testing approach with leadership mindset
