Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager specializing in renewables for a full-time, remote role. This professional will identify opportunities for business growth within the renewable energy sector HR STAFFING, develop strategic partnerships, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients, analyzing market trends, executing business strategies, preparing proposals, and meeting revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
Knowledge of HR Staffing Industry
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including key players, market trends, and regulations
Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Development
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or energy-related roles is a strong advantage
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field;
MBA is a plus
