PCB Design Engineer

PCB LAYOUT ENGINEER [SENIOR STAFF ENGINEER] PDT Build your brand. Tell your story. Take advantage of a rare opportunity to start from the ground up and build something great. The main job responsibilities will be:

To work with electrical engineers to design circuit boards assemblies including MCU, SOC, high voltage, high power, HDI, and high-speed, etc. To design printed circuit boards meeting high volume production grade

To lead layout reviews with internal and external teams To monitor layout progress and change management To work with mechanical engineers on mechanical-electrical packaging To support quick-turn board builds with PCB contract manufacturers To release technical documents (BOM, design procedures, design for manufacture, etc.) To release the layout drawings to the various teams and coordinates their layout activities by ensuring compliance with the layout rules

Preferred Qualifications Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1) Detailed understanding of high-speed digital PCB routing constraints, multilayer PCB construction Experience with BGA pitch of equal or less than 0.5mm Experience managing 3rd party layout services Ability to participate in schematic and design reviews Justified experience with leading, animating and following up layout design reviews Experienced at least with 2 CAD tools hereafter for schematic and layout: Cadence, Mentor, Altium, Zuken.
