Agile Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore WFO

Notice: Only Immediate joiners Skill: Scrum Master + Banking Domain Experience: 7+ years Role: Senior Scrum Master

Description: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our organization continue our Agile Transformation journey. You will be a key driver in promoting and embedding Agile ways of working in the offshore squads and you will be expected to provide coaching, guidance and mentorship to all members within your squads. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the business, helping your squads deliver excellent products and experience to our customers in a faster and more efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience: At least 5 years’ experience of running Agile squads Excellent knowledge and experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks Excellent track record in running agile projects of varying size and complexity Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching Excellent written and verbal communication skills Banking experience preferred Coaching certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities: Work with your squads to analyze current maturity and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices Guide squads on how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that client overall strategy is being met Create and facilitate agile training sessions and workshops for technical squads, as well as for key stakeholders such as Product Owners, Delivery Leads etc. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility and ownership among squads Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures for squads Empower the squads to take ownership, be self-organizing and improve their efficiency Facilitate necessary events including Quarterly Plannings, ceremonies, or other collaboration sessions required for the smooth running and efficient delivery of the squad
