Role: Senior Human Resources Recruiter We’re looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle end-to-end hiring for non-technical, and blue-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding Hire for

( Snr roles) – HR, accounts, admin, stores, billing, Operations and sales Bulk hiring for site roles – fitters, welders, riggers, technicians, helpers Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and vendors Schedule interviews, conduct screening rounds, and coordinate with HODs Maintain databases, dashboards, and hiring trackers Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes Meet weekly hiring targets aligned with project manpower requirements

Requirements Minimum 8 years of core recruitment experience (blue-collar hiring is a must) Strong sourcing and coordination skills Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals Excellent communication and follow-up ability Ability to manage pressure and hiring targets
