Key Focus Areas: Revenue optimization during peak seasons Off-season marketing strategy F&B profitability Online reputation management Team leadership & service culture development

Ideal Profile: 12–18 years of hospitality experience Strong hill-station resort background preferred Commercially driven with operational depth
