About the Role
We are seeking a highly accountable and commercially aware Brand & Social Media Lead to manage and scale the social presence of up to 6 active brands simultaneously.
This is a senior, execution-heavy role within a deadline-driven agency environment. You will be responsible for content strategy, premium brand execution, publishing operations, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with performance teams.
This role demands strict deadline discipline, strong British market communication understanding, and the ability to operate without supervision.
Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven experience managing 4–6 brands simultaneously
Agency experience is mandatory
Demonstrated experience handling LinkedIn brand accounts
Proven track record of delivering structured 30-day content calendars consistently
Practical exposure to performance tracking (Meta Pixel & events preferred)
Portfolio required (must include real brand examples and full content calendars)
Experience working with British market communication standards
Responsibilities
Brand & Content Management
Manage social media for up to 6 active brands
Create structured 30-day content calendars per client
Develop content strategies aligned with commercial objectives
Generate campaign concepts and content ideas
Design high-quality static posts, carousels, and LinkedIn content
Write captions in British English aligned to brand tone
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines
Ensure strong visual hierarchy, colour grading, typography, and layout alignment
Deliver consistent, premium-quality content every month
Publishing & Scheduling Operations
Schedule and manage posts via Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer or similar tools
Maintain structured publishing workflows
Ensure zero missed posting deadlines
Manage file organisation per brand
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
Implement and validate Meta Pixel
Configure standard and custom events in Meta Events Manager
Analyse backend analytics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Extract insights and suggest optimisation strategies
Monitor performance and proactively improve engagement and reach
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with PPC and performance teams
Align organic and paid tracking
Engage directly with clients
Implement feedback quickly and accurately
Skills Required
Strong design capability (Canva Pro or Adobe Suite)
Deep understanding of typography, layout alignment, spacing, and colour grading
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools
Ability to interpret backend analytics
Working knowledge of Meta Pixel and tracking logic
Strong written British English
High accountability and deadline obsession
Commercial awareness and client communication confidence
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics familiarity
Experience with professional services, e-commerce, or growth-led brands
Strong understanding of attribution basics
Ability to manage pressure across multiple brands
