Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (Python) — AI-Native + Agentic Workflows | AWS | Remote (India) | NCR Preferred

We’re looking for a

Senior Python Backend Engineer (5–7 yrs)

who can

lead backend development , contribute to

design/architecture , and build

LLM/AI applications

using an

agentic-first, AI-led development approach . If you’re someone who can do the work a team would traditionally do—by leveraging modern AI agents/tools—this role is for you.

Location:

Remote (India) | NCR presence a plus Type:

Full-time

✅ What you’ll do - Build and scale

Python backend services

( FastAPI/Django ) and

microservices - Design

secure, resilient, high-performance REST/async APIs - Lead

architecture discussions

(scalability, reliability, security, observability) - Own containerized development with

Docker - Set up and improve CI/CD using

GitHub / GitHub Actions

(or similar) - Build and operate on

AWS infrastructure

(cloud-native backend + solution design) - Develop

LLM/GenAI applications

(RAG, retrieval workflows, vector-based APIs) - Use AI coding agents like

GitHub Copilot / Claude Code

to accelerate delivery - Create **prompt libraries + agent skills** to boost engineering velocity and quality

Must-haves - Strong

Python (advanced) with OOPS Concepts

+ backend architecture fundamentals - Production experience with

FastAPI and/or Django - Strong

AWS expertise

+ solution/architecture exposure - Strong experience with

GitHub, CI/CD, Docker , and

containerized environments - Hands-on experience building

LLM/AI applications

and agentic workflows - Ability to craft

prompts

and develop

agent skills

that speed up development

⭐ Nice-to-have -

Solutions Architect

experience - Experience with

LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen

(or similar frameworks) - NCR availability for occasional collaboration
