Project Manager

About Position:

Work collaboratively with product teams to create and support rich, interactive applications that help consumers manage their data and processes.

What You'll Do:

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the .Net environment. - Strong knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core, Web API - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React. - Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. - Technical Leadership - Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of .Net applications and services. - Review and approve technical documentation, including system architectures, code reviews, and testing plans. - Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into project plans.Quality Assurance - Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. - Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of code quality. - Implement automated testing procedures and continuous integration processes. - Identify and mitigate risks to project success, including potential technical challenges and resource constraints.
