Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for real estate websites Conduct keyword research focused on projects, locations, and buyer intent Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs Track SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Social Media Marketing (SMM) Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Handle organic posts, reels, engagement, and community management Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives Analyze performance and optimize content strategy

Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads) Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Run lead generation campaigns for real estate projects Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality

Content & Blog Management Create and manage blogs related to real estate, buying guides, and project updates Ensure content is SEO-friendly and published regularly Coordinate content approvals with internal teams

Website & Landing Pages Coordinate with developers for website and landing page updates Ensure project details, pricing, and content are up to date Monitor website performance and user experience

Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports Analyze traffic sources, lead quality, and campaign performance Share insights and optimization recommendations with management Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

5-10 years

in

Digital Marketing

and project coordination. Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, and analytics tools
